Gold, Pyrite, or Mica Flakes? (Help!)

I've been trying to figure out what kind of flake these are.
-When poked with a needle, they either get punctured or just bend (they dont break)
-They bend and rarely break apart
-When hit with a hammer, it just became flat and nothing else
-When rubbed between fingers nothing really happens, sometimes a small peice will break off, but really no flaking!

Yes, I concur it's mica. If you take a straight pin and push through a piece, it will shatter.
