The beaches have been extremely sanded in so finding gold has been impossible. I got out today for a low tide hunt because I needed some detecting therapy. I wasn’t expecting much but was still hopeful. After an hour of swinging and only finding a couple of pennies I got a 7-8 on the MDT8000 and out popped this 10k surprise. I haven’t checked the diamonds but it’s ok if they aren’t real because I’m happy with it being gold. Thanks for looking and happy hunting.

Nice hunt! The Tarsacci MDT 8000 is the ideal beach machine...no EMI, very little falsing. My only wish would be for the machine to have a depth meter. That way when I'm at a park, or field I'm not digging 2 foot deep holes!

Very Nice!!!!!! Congrats!!!!!

Nice score ! In that size range the diamonds would not be more precious than the rubies , emeralds or sapphires .

all the stones appear to be genuine and not 'lab created'. Nice ring but the stones don't make it particularly valuable in those sizes. Based on style and build quality, I estimate your ring is probably around 15 to 20 years old. Retail price when new would have been around 200-250 dollars. Again, it's a nice decent quality ring. Most of the jewelry I deal with on a daily basis these days is nothing but flimsy junk

Sweet finds! :occasion14:

Thanks for the info. I like it because it’s not just another plain band. Most of the jewelry people wear nowadays isn’t precious so it’s making the hobby even more challenging. HH
