I just had to post my experience on here... Hopefully it will put a glimmer of hope in your eyes as well as it did mine... When I started mding, I had nothing but a detector and the ambition to learn, it lead me to this forum. where over the course of a few months I gained a lot of knowledge to use out in the field...but, my test garden was lacking... A member of this forum, asked me for my address... Usually I'd be pretty sketchy of doing such... But, I just got a new ar15 to go along w my other "toys", so people knowing my addy, doesn't scare me since my wife is just as good of a shot as me... ...anyways, Christo000 wanted it to mail me something... He ended up sending me some .999 fine silver for testing...for NOTHING... His kindness and generosity has rekindled in me a (not so, anymore)long lost hope in human kind... I can't get over it... ...I want to post his name so he gets the recognition he truly deserves, but I won't until he gives me the okay.. so, until then, I just want to say thank you Chris... I will pay it forward, and also pay it backward... Your a great guy. And I hope karma treats you kindly...

I have about four dollars laying in the ground at my previous address because I FORGOT ABOUT IT when I moved!
Now I know how come folks find money in the strangest places!!! lol
I remembered it as I was putting in my "new" test garden.
I know the guy that bought my house TWELVE YEARS AGO so I may have to ask him if I can retrieve my change.
Funny thing is I also just found my "map" of hidden coins for my old test garden the other night, complete with measurements to the rows of coins, tabs, and bottle caps.
Should have a GOOD halo around the coins by now!!!!!!

During my life I have kind of kept a running log of Good Guys/Bad guys. I think it runs about 10 Good to 1 Bad. I enjoy the good people and my pit bull takes care of most of the bad with my Glock as the follow up. I treat the 10 as I would want to be treated and I try to avoid the 1. That's a good start, contrary to popular TV shows, you will be finding more of those than silver and gold. I buried a gold tooth, now I can't find it, need larger gold for test.
