Glad to be back on land again!!! My need for detecting has been satisfied. Pretty sure most of the junk was left over from the 4th of July. Did manage a nice tungsten carbide ring. Did all my hunting in the dry sand because high tide was present and the surf was violent. Thanks for looking... No detecting tomorrow...gots the duty blues!!!

Welcome back gee_mg
I am surprised by the variety of caps you found, I assume most are fresh drops because of their condition. You have been away far too long when you describe tungsten carbide rings as nice. Though I must say your find in nicer than the one I recently found (double sigh) which looks like a stripped off lug nut from a car.
