Holy smokes... you are on fire!

Congrats on the killer capped coin! Wow...

Congrats on your capped bust half dime. Those little silvers are hard to come by.

Hell yea! Grats to ya and good luck on future visits to that sweet spot! HH ALL

for anyone using an etrac, this rang up as a solid 12-36

Lawsy that's one beautiful babe! Could the unknown object at the bottom be a plumb bob?

I've certainly found my share of seated and Barber coinage, colonials, reales and Indians, but have yet to find a bust coin. Nice going. Color me jealous.

this actually my second capped bust, first was a 1836 quarter in au condition, im really wanting to find spanish silver!

Oh very nice find! Those capped are seldom found and boy are they a rush to dig!

Big congrats!!

Big congrats!!

when i saw the glimmer of silver come out the ground way out there where i just dug those pewter buttons my heart skipped! i knew it had to be old, this is the second silver out of these woods, other was 18?8 seated half dime

Went to the middle of woods where I've been hunting lately and finding lots of buttons and some large cents and today I hit silver, looks like 1831 capped bust half dime, nice big pewter flat button with design, egg shaped button, silver gilt button, another pewter button, musket ball, mystery objects

Another one bites the dust. Dude those are rare finds here in Ohio. Congrats on digging that bucket lister. :occasion14:

plumb bob is a pointed piece of brass (usually) with a string to find center. google it

Very nice find, congrats!
