Got me a silver spoon today...

Hi everyone,

Went detecting today, and the only noteworthy item was this Swiss silver spoon. I can’t zoom in on the hallmark but it reads 800 (silver purity) and the second symbol I can’t figure out for the life of me. I drew it below, maybe some of you hallmark experts can chime in.
