hunted a really tiny yard today, I think the house built in 1930-40's. Got 4 wheats, oldest was 1935, my 1st silver of the year, 1943 merc dime. Almost $5.00 in clad, that was nice. Found a spill of 9 clad quarters in one hole! I dug everything repeatable above iron. Surprised I did not get one single nickel?
anyhow here is a dirty pic and a clean pic..lol :laughing7:

The dirty pictures must be shown. We cannot shelter the children from the filthy side of the hobby. We ourselves cannot deny ourselves that a dark side exists.

Congratulations on wresting the murky dime from that yard! Yards do not need dimes!
I sure am glad your back! Your posts always make me laugh!

come, No doubt( Dig for today. Savor those silver moments.)

The snow been too deep here since my last hunt, Feb. 8, been so long, I'm sure
my next silver will seem like my first.

Good luck,

WTG Terry on your first silver of 2010 :o You must have little or no snow there because we still have nearly a foot on the ground where I live ??? I,ve been away all winter and am ready to go home. California to Springfield Missouri was good today. Amarillo was having a heat wave..... 66 yesterday. HH Ron
