Well managed to find a nice vaquero this week, at a good price.
The cibola helped pay for her.
Waiting for the stock coil to turn up, so for now I will try the 12x10 coil for a bit.

Just need this English weather to sort itself out, then hopefully try the vaquero this weekend. IMG_20171213_231233.jpg

Good for you! Hopefully you will get some good weather soon and try it out. I think you
will really like it. I know I am really enjoying mine. It is a really capable machine. Let us know how you
are doing with it! Good luck. :icon_thumright:

Big Gold to you! :occasion14:

The one I mentioned I purchased came in, now the ground is frozen for a few days.

I'm willing to bet that 10x12 stays put. Definitely deeper than the stocker.

Well you could be right about that.
It's a bit big, but does seem to work very well.
Perhaps I will get the baby 5.75 coil to go with it, then I will be sorted for life!

Congratualtions on the nice purchase, may your coil find GOLD! :occasion14:

The 5.75 coil is great for junky areas and has decent depth too.
