I got a 4/4 power cord from a guy at work he knows i scrap its 62ft long has 4 wires that are 4 gauge stranded wire c opper value?

Depending on condition, sounds like something better used or sold than scrapped.

Examples would be running power to an RV, or fabricating an extension cord for a welder.
Probably $275 new. Scrap..I have no idea. But you could probably get more selling it at a yard sale.

Yup , put it on C.L OR F.B and sell for more than scrap value for sure
