Working on this historic church site, original frame structure built in 1864. Too bad it sat in the middle of the cemetary.....oh well across the street is acerage and site of the new church built 1899, burned 1905....
Picnic area in back, "thats been used for 70 years". ffd

man those old town photos are great, I love it! that kind of research gets the blood pumpin' hope you get permission, that GIS mapping has been very helpul in Jackson County for property owner info. I'm itchin to seek out some goodies, going out of town for the weekend no MD, quality time with the misses. good luck partner.....
