Same as gravity dredging,water easily supplied from a much larger hose but your still shoveling unless you hb is many feet below the area your working,then gravity sucking rocks and quiet as a mouse-John

We ran mine with 3 inch pipe last season 3" pipe 2 feet of drop over twelve feet or so. We had ample water. I don't remember the name of the thread I posted some pics. We are gonna do it again this year with more pipe so we can set up in multiple spots and not need to haul buckets as far. You can introduce heavy flow out of the end of an open pipe. If you plan on running a spray bar I would suggest as much drop and length as you can get and drill 3/8 inch holes in the spray bar.
