"GREAT IDEA FOR CHEAP EFFICENT SIFTER"

Hi all,I just finished reading a message from Harry Morant and he asked about soil sifting when digging dumps.Well i use a large free-standing fan guard. The gaps may seem a little large but i haven,t yet had coin or button  drop threw. smallest aussie coin (silver 3d) is smaller than a Indian Head.
Always put md over dirt pile anyway. These guards would be in most sheds or you could get one from the recycling yard for a dollar.I got the idea of an old digger a few years a go.These old blokes have a wealth of ideas to make our hobby cheap and more efficent. Anyway i would like too hear your ideas as anything new is a added bonus ;D ;D ;D

Its cheap enough to just make one yourself. I used 2x4's laying around the house, some 1/4 inch screen, and a piece of rope for a carry handle. I used it down the creek for a bit looking for arrowheads, but seems like a real crap shoot....surface hunting is easier :)
