Hello everyone, I'm a 31 year old pharmacist that is just now getting into detecting.

So far, my best finds are a few pieces of wire, a bullet, and a soda can. LOL.

I have a Garrett Ace 350 with the regular coil and the good pinpointer.

I also just acquired an oooold 12" coil that went to a compass detecTor.
Not sure if it will work on the Garrett or even if so if it's obsolete.

I look forward to learning from y'all

Thanks everyone!

It might be hard to believe, but I'm going to detect on my first ever "permission" in a week or two.

It's 3 ~1900-1920 mansion/houses all side by side.

The land is thickly overgrown and uncared for, so I don't have high hopes.

I'll make a thread in that Texas forum to see if anyone wants to join in

Welcome Pharmaco. LMAO at the your name! Last time I heard of Pharmaco, I lived a couple blocks away in Austin. They were offering 10 grand back in the 90's to cut off your pinkie toe, sow it back on and observe, with a couple follow ups of course. The study filled up instantly! Bunch of stoners playing pool in gowns in the windows... I will never forget that place! Welcome from N Texas,
