Needed to get out and do something fun for a couple hours. Decided to look over a new neighborhood park that just opened up a few months ago. Did not expect much in the TOT lot but it was the only place I could get any defrosted ground. I found lots of coins in the early 70's and 80's date range??? Did not expect that being that this is a brand new park with fresh bark.

Was nice to get out but now my back hurts from recovering over three bucks in change.

The parks in Tucson are definitely covered in fill dirt. How else does a whole soda can get 8 inches down? I've often wondered where the fill comes from, or what's hiding deep underneath.

Nice finds. We've had some good temps this last week. They were high enough to thaw out the ground so I could finally get out.
