I've been looking at this for a long while since you posted it...

I searched concept cars...

I searched future cars...

I searched custom cars...

I even tried Russian cars under those catagories...

I ALSO tried to ID those cars in the pics hanging on the walls...

I got nuthin.

OK, no one else is guessing at it so here it is...

pobedax.jpg

It's made from this Russian Pobeda, which means Victory, after the WWII win.

Pobeda is gone now, and Volga replaces it.

This custom is a Volga 21?

Hard to decipher it from the Russian translation... it's spotty, not all the info is there...
I think they do near the same thing in Poland, also.
They call it 'tuning'.

The lithuanian mods on the Mercedes is crazy, too!

Here, this is an Eastern Europe custom car show? page.

Yes! I recall that Chrysler body style...

But it's also 40's Ford, Dodge, and Packard...

The Russians probably took it after the Volvo P40? design?

When I looked at the Russian cars I could see elements of '57 Ford, and another '60's Mercury Comet,
another had AMC Ambassador styling.

Some were just... well, Russian!

I'm still amazed at all the interesting stuff at Englishrussia.com!

Like the Door to Hell... They were drilling a natural gas well way out in the boonies...
(there's a LOT of 'way out in the boonies' in Russia!)

As it goes, overnight, the ground slumped around the drilling site...
Fumes coming up...
Then the ground slumped more!

They pulled out the equipment they could, and it got worse, and bigger!

Lot's of toxic gas was coming up out of the hole, so they lit it on fire so the gas wouldn't spread.

It's been burning for 35 years.

WoW!

Just fabulous artwork, Stoney!

Things used to be more fun.

I guess we, here in estados unidos, were really 'riding the wave' for a while.

I never had any of the real fun ones, like Messerschmidt's, Isetta's, or even Kaiser's
and Packards... but I ran some Coupe DeVille's, T-birds, Chieftan's and LeSabres that were awesome styling in Detroit steel!

A personal friend was the commercial artist who designed the dashboard of the original Mustang.
He got a bonus for doing a great job, bought a Corvette, and was never hired again! Ha! Ha!
I don't blame him. I never liked Mustangs. Well, the Shelby 500 was ok...

Here's one I'm doing a 'funzone' write-up on...

piaggiotb.jpg

Can you ID it?
