Looks like an good deal for a fair quantity of some decent paydirt.
Only problem I saw in the video was he was panning this out in
a local creek/stream. Bringing dirt in from a foreign location and
introducing it to a watershed can bring devastating results, and
would definitely be frowned upon by law enforcement.
It happens every day with no issues.
Can't quote the specific law, but just for the knowledge I'm going
to look into it. I do have to admit, at this point, that you could very
well be correct.

put it in a 400* oven for an hour. That will kill everything.
