I usually just take a big shovel and cut a big circle the size of my coil but don't disconnect the grass from the dirt completely.I then turn the divot over and see if the object is in the divot or still in the dirt.That way I can put the plug back in fairly neatly. Welcome to TN by the way!:thumbsup:

...how do you dig a neat plug if I cant even get my digger to cut the plug...

Thanks you guys. Coily I'm in ky not tn. I wish I was in Tenn. I thought that was where we were going when my hubby said he was being transferred to Shelbyville. I do like it here tho
