a big shout out - Thank you Felix - Thank you Fisher!!!
I sent in one of my CZ21s that had leaked and told them I had other CZ21 stolen
they did repairs on my machine for free and its supposedly on its way back to me
I felt naked with out having a back up - it can be a pain to change batteries on the road
like being able to just grab the other with full power
got a few trips planned for Fall - and since they have not recovered my stolen machines yet
and I have not heard from insurance yet - I will at least have 2 to go

Hey I agree with you, Felix is a great guy and I thank you big time for referring me to him. I just sent both my detectors back to him today and have confidence he will fix them right up. He took care of my old CZ21 and did a lot of work and updates to it for what I thought was a great price and I explained how a couple of things were going on with my brand new one and he told me to send it to him and he would check the calibration on it also. He has taken time to answer my questions when I call and I've been more than pleased.

I'll chime in too and say that I've had nothing but pleasant experiences when dealing with Felix. He just recently helped me get a replacement part for my CZ in a timely and professional manner. I can always count on him to help resolve any issue that may arise.

THERE WAS ANOTHER GUY HERE THAT WROTE ME - I told him who to contact --- he was put in contact with someone else from there cause Felix was on vacay or something
guy was not gonna help him out much - told him wait a week or two and try and get Felix - he did and he took good care of him

My CZ21 went down last year...I sent it in and he gave me a call and said I had a cracked housing and it leaked...said the repair was about $450...he said they were only going to charge me $50 for labor...that was my total charge...50 bucks...he asked me how did that sound...I was floored and couldn't thank him enough...I basically got a new machine.

Felix hooked me up with my CZ20/CZ21 conversion after my pinpoint button crapped out. Thank God I had filled out the warranty 15+ years ago. Not only did they fix my detector, it still has the life time warranty!
