I have read a few posts here talking about all the sand they have dumping around Seb inlet.... Did that ruin it for you guys? We are making plans to stay in the area over Thanksgiving weekend, but I'd rather not if it's not worth the trip..... I grew up in Va Beach and the city there used to dump TONS of sand there every year, tough to even find a seashell! I live in the Western end of NC now, and if someone has another area to recommend the girlfriend and I are all for it! Thanks in advance,~Joe

You may want to try up an hour further towards Cocoa Beach up to Daytona and Myrtle Beach.

We were in Sebastian Inlet last weekend, and we didn't find anything. There was a couple people out there, and they didn't have any luck either.I would head somewhere else.Good luck!

Happy Hunting!
