IDK if those will be big enough Rusty. I have those and they barely cover my ears which I would describe as medium-small (is there a ear size scale? lol)

If he has cauliflower ear I would say go for something with a much larger can like the Garrett Master Sounds which are similarly priced. His ear should have no problem with those if adjusted so the weight rests on the top brace on the top of the head.

Lots of choices - you can use regular ear buds if you buy an adapter, or lightweight ear muff style that are sold to go with iPads or such. Again you need an adapter but they are really comfortable and inexpensive.
