After all the hoopla, I decided to stay with the AT Pro and not trade for a Tesoro Tejon. So now I am going to upgrade the headphones on the AT Pro (and the required adapter of course). I have been looking at Grey Ghost, Killer B's, and possibly Jolly Rogers Ultimates. I know these kinds of questions can open up a can of worms but I find the input from fellow forum members very helpful.

The Grey Ghost are nice. Sorry can't make a comparison w/the others you listed though.
I use the adapter on my ATP along with the Grey Ghost and I have no complaints at all. Much more comfortable and better sound than the stockers.

You can now get the Gray Ghost HPs that are made for the AT series. And yes they are waterproof.
I have them but find them a little difficult with my hearing aids. The speaker is closer to my ear and cause the hearing aids to feed back.
