Just joined a couple of days ago and am loving it. I have been detecting since 1984 when I was given a Radio Shack detector for my birthday . I now own a Whites Eagle Spectrum that I purchased in the early 90's and have since had it refurbished at the factory. I will soon start posting some of my finds so that other people can enjoy them as much as I have. I live In Canastota New York just east of Syracuse and have not done to much detecting up here. I am originally from Connecticut and so most of my good finds are from there. I am always looking for someone to detect with so please feel free to contact me if you are from the area and are looking for a detecting buddy.

Welcome wstgo! I'm a little new too, and a little far from you! LOL!
I hope you find many friends, and a lot of great, usefull info here.! I know you will!

I only did contract work in Stamford, for Stamford Med Ctr., other than that, I try to stay below the Mason/Dixon line.
Ya'lls air is a little to thick up there! LOL!
And, I don't wanna test my, "getting into trouble" powers up there, either!
