That would be the Cold Harbor Restaurant. Breakfast buffet with all you can eat.... and they have salt herring on the buffet! They serve breakfast and lunch.

Thanks digginVa, never had salt herring, but I’ll give it a shot, I’ll even trick my son and tell him it’s “sea bacon”
