Hello I am new I just started using my metal detector I was outside for on 10 mins before it started raining ): I found a toostie toy car I cleaned it off and that is what it said it was 8 inches in the ground I was so excited I can not wait to go out side tomorrow and find some more things this is my new hobby now. this is why I signed up on this site.

Welcome to the site...if your yard has some old tootsie cars then there should be good chance at some silver coins ...best time to detect is after a good rain they seem to go a little deeper and crisp when the ground is wet

Thanks. Yes I did find that car in my yard. I'm going to look for other things tomorrow I hope I find neat things out there.
