I found this today and wasn't sure if it was trash or treasure, so I brough it home and started to clean it up and noticed it looked like Abe Lincoln and there was some writing on the back. After some pain staking time trying to read it I finally made out what it says....

Ven JOHN N. NEUMANN
C. SS. R.
FOURTH BISHOP OF PHILA

Saint John Nepomucene Neumann 1811-1860

In 1921 Pope Benedict XV saw fit to have John Neumann declared "Venerable".

Pope Paul VI declared John Neumann a Saint in 1977.

Obviously this was made after 1921 but before 1977 since it refers to him as VEN and not Saint.
