It looks like Calcite (white) with Marcasite (gold) Cinnabar (red) and possibly Silver (black). It's a well known mineral grouping in Northern Ontario.

You might want to ask Jim Hemmingway what he thinks. He's very experienced in the silver deposits in Northeast Ontario.
