✅ SOLVED Help! Dime sized coin with Arabic or Oriental writing?

I found this Dime sized coin or token. I can’t seem to find anything on this particular coin. Any help would be greatly appreciated

On one side I see a half moon and a sun or star on the bottom part the 4 characters might be the date, as for the emblem in the middle I can't for the life of me make it out. On the other side I see a leaf of some sort.

Was thinking a Tibet Theocracy coin due to the moon and sun but can find a match.

Clearer pictures would help a lot.

I've looked with several search parameters Muslim, Arabic, Tibetan, Islamic with no luck. Cleaned up you might be able to make out what's on it better.

Either that or someone smarter will come around soon and nail it.
