What marks are on it? Is the $238 what you paid for it or was that there? Does it say anything other than 1810? Do you know what it's made out of? Where did you get it?

I don't see any marks in it....The $238 was just there...I bought it at a garage sale for $25.00....It doesn't say anything else but 1810....Not sure what it is made of but I do see traces of a shiny brass like color here and there on it especially on and around where the clapper strikes....

Suspect that it is a commemorative of the Grito de Dolores, Father Miguel Hidalgo's call for mexican independence from Spain.
