Point is really water worn but it has the fish look to it so its probably old. Flake knife is nice to.

Thanks for the photos of it among the rocks...It helps to see how it stands out. Good eyes and great find! Since a child I was always told there are arrow heads in our area and that I might find one some day....Have never found one in 50 years.... Congratulations!

Could be a Lehigh Woodland, 2500 to 1500 BP They are in your area, resembles Beaver Lake which is much older.
Looks like he took advantage of a nice flake that did not need thinned and only needed some edge work. Nice find!
