Have you tried Headphones? Did you get sound? When you plug in headphones the speaker is disconnected from the sound loop. If you did and still no sound. Not good. Call the manufacture or the place you got it from. Not sure if this is helpfull? Have a good day ???

suggesting the headphones is a great idea. I fixed a guitar amp a couple monthes ago, that had a bad connection in the headphone jack. When you plug in headphones, you actually lift a metal connection to the speaker to direct the signal to the headphones and disconnect the speaker. you might be able to get the speaker going again by cleaning the jack connection. In fact I'll bet on it, if the meter is working.

My guess . . .

either the soft material of the speaker cone got wet and broke when it dried,
or else some gunk got in the small space between the magnet of the
speaker and back of the cone. If the speaker material got wet, it's a goner,
but with a little tinkering and a soldering iron it can be replaced.
Still, using headphones probably the best idea.
