The particular incorrect spelling if "sing" when it should be "sign" gives you away as probably middle eastern.

Looks like someone built a sort of retaining wall there a long time ago, or possibly it is the remaining part of a stone foundation. I see nothing there.

Looks like a natural rock to me. What do you see that you think might be a sign?

random coincidental rocks or foundations. No "signs" here.

Looking as close as photo magnification allows, it appears to be natural bedrock with unique freeze-thaw and tree root weathering features.

Possible explanation for this is look at all rocks in the photo, not just the mosaic like bedrock. There are other rock that have similar composition but not the "mortar" like junctions.

Notice also the vertical fissures. Only one has mortar like material fill, the others are non-filled.

Then notice how not all mortar like filled junctions are continuous. Some dead end.

Notice on the left side of the wall the primary vertical fracture that is part of a steep "V" feature of numerous fissures.

Compiling these items it appears the wall-like rock feature is water intruded, and fractured by:
a. Water freeze-thaw ice-expansion activity
b. And further widened and filled by tree root activity
c. Followed by natural CaCO3 and/or SiO2 mineralization and clay particle deposition in the most opened fissures.
