All you have to do is get a high quality stamp book and some stamp book tape ( trust me, I've run into similar problems).

I'm not a stamp expert by any means but I doubt there's any value to what's pictured if that's what you are asking. Most are cancelled and in less than mint condition. Perhaps someone will prove me wrong though...

is there a good way to id them, condition, value ........ if any, i like coins, but i dont want to just trow them out either !

GO TO THE LOCAL LIBRARY AND LOOK IN THE REFERENCE SECTION FOR THE Scott Stamp catalogues: there should be a set of volumes A-Z. Yes I know about stamps and can give advice. Doubtful any of these are of much value, but you never know. They don't have to be mint to have value.
