wow, looks like the beginnings of a mortar & pestle for grinding corn to make tortillas lol!
That would be a find of a lifetime if it is and has that mineral deposit in the bowl.

Note: The Chalcedony a type of geode aka (Thunder egg) Can be solid or have small pockets of rounded crystals (nodules).
Common colors include: White, Cream, Grayish blue
Uncommon colors include: Red, Blue, Opal (these colors can be found west of the Mississippi river)

Great hunting.
