help please

I found a coin metal detecting. I can't give you pics but maybe i can tell you what i see. I can only see parts of it
Its a little bigger than a US quarter
Sailboat on one side (thats all I can see on that side)
Other side maybe a bird flying not sure that tho.
same side as "bird" words {facilitate trade}
year 18??

thought maybe one of the experts on here knows what I'm looking at

Upper Canada issued a penny token in the early 1820s that sounds like yours.
