hello redelf! this is a nice find, not worth a lot, but I have never found one. This medal/good luck token is fairly common across the USA and here is another link to the same token on this forum:

Steve Alpert lists this exact token on page 35 of his book "Tokens and Medals a guide....." with note of value between $2 and $4 and a note saying these tokens were attached to the shoes when they were sold, so that accounts for the hole at the top of each token I suspect.
