Help with anchor

I found this anchor today while magnet fishing in a lake. Anyone able to tell me anything about it? I can't find anything online that helps.

One of my friends tried searching WC instead of CW. It is Wilcox Crittenden and is World War II Navy. I'm pretty happy about that!
