Help with ID-Strange looking Copper Medallion

Hello. I’ve never found anything like this before metal detecting. It was found behind our old stone fireplace. I’ve tried to do some research but found nothing close to this medal. If anyone could please help me with the ID and age I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
