Help with possible error?

Is this a grease die error? I am going through a box of pennies and am coming across a but load of 1995 pennies in new condition. Been looking at them all for the 95 DDO error and believe I have come across a couple minor DDO. But came across this.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Interesting find! My guess would be grease-filled die, but I'd defer to the real experts on here for their opinion.

Gor my vote for grease filled. Looks like it is in good shape

Thanks guys. I'm thinking the same. The coin is in very good condition. Looks like it just came out of a fresh new roll. Total of fresh 1995 coins in this box of pennies was 3 rolls worth. Someone must have dumped a collection maybe. These are all Philly coins not Denver.
