HEllo all im new to coin collecting, i have been doing it since i was in my teens. my mother got me started on it and i really have no idea what im looking for. i LOVE finding old coins to show my mom but i know theres so much more to look out for than just the oldies lol. does anyone know any good resources i can use to expand my collection and knowledge? its a family tradition of ours and i would love to be able to teach my kids the cool things to look for with there money. also any resources on glass would be greatly appreciated as well.

thank you
amber

Welcome Aboard Amber! You didn't list your state (or country) in your profile. So, you might consider jumping over to Sub-Forums: Select Your Area.... and selecting your state for information (i.e., clubs, hunts, finds, legends, maps, etc.) directly related to your state (or country).

Welcome to the party. Lots of different forums with that information. Go to the forums tab and scroll down to coins. Good Luck!
