I may be well mistaken, but I think they're two names for the same thing.

Right. In NV you can not use a highbanker but if you call it a power sluice you are OK. That is where the name power sluice came from......

I was just noticing that the highbankers like the GoldBuddy have an upperstage with a classifier box. I wasnt sure if this made a difference.
