I've been normally ordering $500 boxes of halves the past couple weeks, but today I thought I'd hit the local banks and see what kind of halves they had. I picked up 38 rolls, and found the following:
2 1966 40%
1 1967 40%
1 1968D 40%
2 2003S proofs
and my first Franklin, a 1963D.
I had gone to one last bank after finding the 40% and proofs, and they had $490 in halves. I only had $200 left, so I picked up that much, and was in the second to the last roll with no keepers when I saw a silver when opened them. I figured it was another 40%, but when I got to it was pleasantly surprised.
So far, I've gone through 9 40%, 1 90% (Franklin) and 8 proofs.
