I wont be surprised if it was a eclectic car battery some will explode one cell of the battery at a time

Agree...tires have a deeper sound to them when they blow up. Maybe a few cases of hair spray?

Plus Vehicle Tires Don't blow on time like that.
One will Blow then till the fire Gets to the next one
Could be several Minutes Later as the fire spreads.
they don't wait for all to be ready

Could be a lot of things. I doubt batteries unless there were a whole lot of cells. I didn't count the explosions but there were many. My guess would be pressurized containers of some kind. Fire plus pressure vessels doesn't end well.
