I've been metal detecting since 1985 and I just dug one of my best finds ever. I was hunting a median and dug out a 14K one karat diamond ring surrounded
by 20 smaller diamonds! It was a nickel reading on my meter. This ring puts to shame all the other gold rings I've found over the years. I believe the value has
to be between $5,000.00 and $10,000. I'm taking it to a jeweler tomorrow to get it checked out. It appears to be a high quality diamond.Wow! My wife really likes it!

Thanks. It was 5 inches deep, so I think it was lost 20+ years ago. I'll post tomorrow what the jeweler says.
