its the right size and has the copper plate imprints, it has some condition issues for sure but there is one for sale in better condition than mine for 800

It's worth getting checked out by an expert. Find a large map company or museum near you and ask them to take a look at it. You may have stumbled across something very valuable, or a cheap copy. Either way, it's worth knowing one way or the other for sure.

I'll get around too having it checked out probably, its worth less than a grand if its real anyway no super big deal. I really like it though, love to look at it.

Nice find. Get it properly framed (if it isn't already) and enjoy it if you like it.:thumbsup:

Personally, if I paid 10 bucks for something and could sell it for 30-40 times my investment, I would in a heartbeat but that's just me. I find many things but unless I actually collect something, I try to pass my finds along to others who can appreciate them more so than myself. I'm in it for profit, no shame in my game.

take it to a blueprint shop and have it copied full size. then you can display it without worrying about the original or sell it
