apr7133.png My boss was nice enough to let me hunt the grounds of a house on his property. He showed me the paperwork and it was build in 1896. I was sure I would find some silver but that was a no go. I did at the end of the day find a 1913 on the mound Indian head nickel. There were some cool relics found. If anyone can give me an idea on the hatchet stamp so I can get a round about date that would be great. I can tell it starts with a P and ends with a e or ed. Apr7131.png Apr713.png apr7132.png

Great finds like that hatchet. I wouldn't give up on that place just yet.I'd say there's some silver there.

Oohh nice hatchet ! Love that it has an iron handle too.. But can you imagine using that thing?? With no wood to absorb the shock , it'd be like Tom n Jerry episode when they vibrate after hitting something hard. And yes... Where are all the coins? My house sits on what was the property of my neighbors 200 plus year old house.... And from their house n mine, I've found 52 cents... All of which was probably from hiding change in Easter eggs for the kids.. But I figure people were poor... So maybe they didnt drop change? Lol
