We'll see how it works in an Arizona garage here soon enough.
Hmm it works good. I have personally experience this type air conditioning. It work good with very low cost as we need buckets with the fan which make it cool and shower around.

pretty cool.Cold air is heavier than hot air.I'd place the AC higher in the room the closer to the ceiling ,the better.
