How do I change this picture?

I know; I suck. I have been trying since I joined to change this picture, but I cannot omit it.

If you are talking about your avatar,
Change it, the same as you put the Original in.

After you have done this,
Log out & In or hit Refresh
& you should see the new Pic also.

IF Not you will see an X in a Box
