Baking Soda will clean your silver rosie. Wet the coin and rub the Baking Soda on it between your thumb and finger. You can use this method for cleaning common date silver rosies. They're only worth about 80 cents apiece, no matter whether they're AG or BU. But you should get professional help before you attempt to clean any coin that has numismatic value. Of course, it doesn't matter if you are selling the coin on E-bay. They'll buy anything there for ridiculous prices, even if it is a coin that has been cleaned.
