How much rock do you anticipate to extract every day? I mean is this going to be a large operation or a one man operation?

Small operation to start because we're used to dealing with gold rather than platinum. Once we get the platinum processing procedure down, we'll likely increase production. Small three man operation for now though.

For more processing volume you might want to consider a ball or roller mill. Which is best depends on what type of gangue you are dealing with.

You can make a small ball mill out of a used portable cement mixer. Balls last a lot longer than chain or even hardened hammers. Ball replacement is incredibly simple. Most of the engineering involves dust control and feed method. Easily within a $500 budget if you do the work yourself.

Are building demonstrations for this method also on youtube?

I don't visit utube. A simple google search for "cement mixer ball mill" will bring you lots of videos to watch or articles to read. It's a common method of processing hard rock ore.
