How to you beat a "not as described case"?

Did you make sure to include as-is, no returns in your listing?

Obvious question, was it actually an iRobot Roomba?

You can put as-is no returns in any listing and all the buyer has to do is state the item was not as described. When you listed what did you select for condition? If you selected "used" under condition the buyer has an INAD case that you can't win. If you selected "for parts not working" the only way they can make you pay return postage is to claim it's a fake.

I don't think they make fakes. Watch out for the guy swapping parts on you. Lots of scammy scums out there. I have complaints and got returns. Ending up reselling for even more!

Some of these whack as buyers will try to pull anything on sellers these days just for a couple of bucks.

Provide as much proof as possible, otherwise this guy will try to make his fantasy stories and try to cry wolf so we can get back the money and send you a fake one and keep the real one. Provided yours is real in the first place.
